01How many stages can a verification workflow have?
As many as your program actually needs. Each stage holds the steps you want at that point in the deal, and you can mark any of them required or optional. If the same step shows up in more than one stage, it’s not duplicated, it’s just carrying its status forward.
02What happens if a customer abandons mid-stage?
Whatever they already finished stays finished. The same link just picks back up on what’s still outstanding, so nothing gets reissued and nothing they already gave you gets asked for twice.
03Can a verification step be re-run?
Yes. Every time you re-run it, we snapshot the setup that produced that result and file it separately; nothing gets overwritten. So if a decision’s ever questioned, you can pull up exactly what the workflow looked like at that moment.
04How is a workflow changed, and does it affect deals in flight?
Workflows are versioned, so a change only applies going forward; it won’t reach back and touch anything already in progress. And if you move a live deal onto a different workflow, it keeps everything already collected and just picks up whatever the new one still needs.
05What does the dealer see, compared with the lender?
They create the application and can see where things stand on the steps for that deal. But the results, the analysis behind them, and how the whole thing’s configured all stay with you.
